We undertake sales for all types of properties that are outlined on the first page of the Web Site.  As a result of the emphasis of the business that we handle, the majority of those sales are PUBLIC HOUSES and RESTAURANTS.   The areas that we consider out heartland, is in general area South of a line straight through the middle of Wales over through Derby towards Norfolk.  Anything South of  that line is effectively within our areas of immediate response.

We don’t make claims to be the largest selling agent, as indeed  there are a number of  other sales agents who are considerably larger than us,  who operate on a nation-wide scale.  However, what we offer is hands on expertise that, to a certain extent, is unrivalled by other agents in the general market place.

The sale of your going concern business is probably the largest single asset that you have and as such, should be treated with great care, skill and attention.  The very last thing you should have is entry into a “sausage machine” that means you are just another number with no direct reference back from the individual t hat is handling the sale, little if any follow-up support and quite frankly sometimes a very poor service for a substantial sale fee.

Our sale fees are very competitive and we have a constantly changing applicant register.  We recognise that CONFIDENTIALITY is paramount in licensed property sales. 

We took a decision quite a while ago (after client consultation) not to publish sales data on the web as confidentiality is immediately lost.   There is no control over who accesses a web site.  Even “registration” or “passwords” do not guarantee any form of confidentiality. We like to vet applicants prior to dispatching your confidential business details to effectively a total stranger!   It always amazes us how easy it is to obtain the most confidential information through web sites
