Business Valuations![]() We undertake valuations from many different sources – individuals, banks, building societies, financial institutions, brewery companies and as Court appointed experts to act jointly between parties, or as expert for one party in Court or Land’s Tribunal. A valuation is a very careful and

potential, after a given time of usually 6-12 months.

We ensure that our valuation fees are linked specifically to time and effort. Every case, however, is judged on its individual merits and as market leader in Quality Assurance, we always try to confirm the general level of valuation fees before we start. As a point of reference, we were the very first firm to obtain Quality Assurance certification on 17th June 1993. Other firms may try to claim that they got there first. Not the case – it was us.
